Level 1: In this level, the focus of the lessons will be to get swimmers used to the water. We want them to feel comfortable playing in the pool so that they'll be ready to learn the basics of swimming in Level 2. We practice putting our face in the water, basic front stroke and back floats.
Level 2: Swimmers will be learning the basic skills of swimming in this level. They will be learning things like kneeling dives, front crawl, beginner backstroke and side breathing.
Level 3: Swimmers will focus on refining their previous strokes and adding in new strokes.
Front crawl with side breathing, , backstroke, adding in breast stroke, and standing dives.
To move on to Level 4, they should feel comfortable diving, swimming front crawl, back crawl, and breast stroke unassisted.
Level 4: Students in this level learn the strokes in more depth, and start adding some technique. They will learn skills like sidestroke and surface dives.
Level 5: In this level, swimmers will concentrate on refining their strokes. They will learn to swim longer distances using flip turns and endurance swimming.
At Swimmingsaball, we believe that swimming should be fun and accessible for everyone. Our mission is to promote water safety and enhance swimming skills through engaging lessons and activities.
